PandaPure®️ Protein Reagent

PandaPure Protein Reagent (HEPES buffered) is an all-in-one solution for simultaneous protein elution and tag removal for PandaPure Protein workflow. It is compatible with common downstream applications such as SDS-PAGE and the Bradford assay. Additional components, like protease inhibitors, salts, and detergents, can be added depending on downstream application.

PandaPure®️ Lysis Reagent

PandaPure Lysis Reagent (Tris-HCl buffered) is formulated with non-ionic and zwitterionic detergents for the gentle disruption of E. coli cell walls to remove host cell components. It offers a simple, rapid alternative to mechanical methods, making it especially suitable for high-throughput experiments. The reagent is also compatible with downstream applications, such as SDS-PAGE.
